Readings Returns Policy
Readings are non-refundable.
Cancellations are available as long as we have been made aware before the reading is filmed/carried out.
Cancellations for 1-1 readings are accepted as long as we have been given at least 48 hours notice.
If you need to rearrange your booking time this can be discussed and accommodated by emailing us at tarotbynea@gmail.com with your booking number and when you'd like to arrange for. These can be accommodated depending on availability.
Crystal & Physical Products Returns Policy
Returns for items are accepted as long as they are with their original packaging, undamaged and in a resell-able condition.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, just email tarotbynea@gmail.com with details on why you’d like to return your item. As soon as the items are delivered back to us in their original condition we will issue a full refund or a store credit, whichever you decide.
Returns for damaged items can be discussed by email. Just email tarotbynea@gmail.com with your order number, pictures and descriptions of the item's condition.
